Holding Space: A Monthly Community Gathering for Black Women

Holding Space is a monthly virtual series designed to provide Black women with a safe, affirming space for reflection, healing, and connection. Held on the fourth Sunday of each month, this gathering offers an intentional pause—a time to process emotions, share experiences, and engage in supportive dialogue with a like-minded community.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Reflection & Discussion – Explore themes of healing, joy, grief, and aligned personal growth through thoughtful prompts and conversation.
  • Community Connection – Engage in a supportive, judgment-free space where your voice and experiences are honored.
  • Mindfulness & Somatic Practices – Participate in gentle grounding exercises, breathwork, or visualizations to help regulate emotions.
  • Practical Tools for Healing – Leave each session with affirmations, journaling prompts, and resources to support your journey beyond the gathering.

Who It’s For:

This space centers Black women seeking community, healing, and deeper self-reflection. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, managing stress, or simply looking for a space where you can just be, you are welcome here.

Sessions are live only to ensure an intimate and present experience. Bring a journal, a quiet space, and an open heart. 💛

Join us as we hold space together—one month, one conversation, one moment at a time.
