Welcome to the Beauty Justice Conference!
Black Women for Wellness’s inaugural Beauty Justice Conference will be a transformative gathering dedicated to addressing environmental and health injustices in the beauty industry, with a special focus on the unique challenges faced by Black women and beauty industry professionals. Our conference will bring together advocates, researchers, health professionals, and community leaders to tackle systemic inequities in beauty product safety and occupational health. Attendees will leave with knowledge of the top toxic ingredients to avoid, tips for safer personal and occupational practices, and access to resources to advocate for beauty industry reform. Together, we will work to advance beauty justice for healthier, safer realities for Black women and girls.
